Located at 5000 W. Roosevelt Road in Chicago, Illinois, O’Hare Record
Retention Center has been a leader in the Medical and Business Records
retention business for over 40 years.


Led by President and CEO Ken Czachor and his management team, Vice
President of Operations Janet Smith and Manager of Records Sherri Brom, the
company has attained a national reputation for quality service while being
hailed for its ability to always service accounts at a local level with
individualized attention.

Given his longevity, Ken truly understands the needs 
of the business.  Keenly aware of the constantly
growing  demands of his record retention customers,
Ken continuously works to expand his industry expertise.



About O’Hare’s success Czachor states: “Customers want
individualized attention, they want to know that they are getting the
best service for their money… in short they want their provider to
show they care, and at O’Hare we do! Our customers recognize
this and as a result have settled in to long-term relationships with us!

Janet Smith, Vice President of Operations, 20 years experience

Janet is considered by her team members to be the “conduit” of 
the O’Hare organization.  Not only does she run the day to day
operations of the overall business, but, once the customer signs the initial contract
she, along with Records Manager Sherri Brom, is responsible for making sure the
customer’s needs are met and that the relationship gets built and remains
solid.



How does she do it?  “Creativity and flexibility are key in maintaining the
balance of business and relationships.  You’ve got to let customers know
what to expect.  It’s my job to set the tone for how the customer/vendor
relationship will work.  I do that by letting my customers know that O’Hare
can do just about anything necessary to make sure they are happy with the
service as long as they are willing to be partners in the process, being
creative right along with us in finding solutions.”

Sherri Brom, Records Manager, 10 years experience

As well as Sherri’s years of focused success in the record retention
industry, she also has significant experience in the moving and storage
business.  This background has served her and our clients well in managing
projects where record retention was only one part of a customer’s storage
need.  Her take on O’Hare’s success: “Shared knowledge and expertise…
develop partnerships with your customers, teach them your business and
learn theirs, it increases understanding of what needs to be done, and
increases the chances of maintaining the long-term relationship.  Just show
